Awesome orthodontist office! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm enjoying my orthodontic treatment under the care and supervision of Dr. Sebastian. Would highly recommend Elite Smiles Chastain!

I love Dr. Sebastian's office because he is very kind to us and he always ask " how are you"? are " how's your summer"? The nurses are very nice and they Take care of you and make sure they dont poke you.

We have been so happy with Elite Smiles Chastain. The staff is wonderful and we are able to get in and out of the office in a short amount of time. Our daughter's smile is beautiful!
